Stanowisko do oceny napięć międzyfazowych w ciekłych recyklingowych układach metalurgicznych

W artykule przedstawiono uzasadnienie celowości pomiarów napięć międzyfazowych w cieczach występujących w układach metalurgicznych, ze szczególnym uwzględnieniem procesów recyklingu odlewanych materiałów kompozytowych na osnowie aluminium lub jego stopów. Podkreślono specyfikę tych układów, znaczenie występujących w nich napięć międzyfazowych i trudności metodyczne ich określania. Przedstawiono wybraną metodykę oceny napięć międzyfazowych na granicy dwóch nierozpuszczalnych względem siebie cieczy. Zaproponowano i skonstruowano stanowisko pomiarowe. Przedstawiono wyniki wstępnych badań wykonanych z użyciem mediów zastępczych. Badania i ich wyniki pozwoliły na sprecyzowanie warunków prowadzenia badań z użyciem mediów rzeczywistych.

The paper justifies usefulness of measuring the interphase tension in the liquids occurring in the metallurgical systems, with particular consideration of the recycling processes of the composite materials casted in the matrix of aluminum or its alloys. Specific features of these systems, the significance of the interphase tension arising in them, and the methodological difficulties related to determining the tension are accentuated. A method is presented that enables estimating the interphase tension arising at the boundary between two liquids insoluble one in the other. An appropriate measurement stand is proposed and designed. The results of preliminary research carried out with the use of the equivalent media are presented. The tests and their results allowed to formulate the conditions to be kept during the research performed with the real media.
