Degradacja struktur lignocelulozowych oraz produktów ich hydrolizy

W pracy badano stopień degradacji struktur lignocelulozowych oraz produktów ich rozkładu za pomocą trzech metod chemicznej hydrolizy biomasy wykorzystywanych w technologiach fermentacyjnych. Eksperymenty prowadzono na czystych związkach chemicznych, w roztworach jednoskładnikowych. Celem pracy było określenie wpływu wybranych metod na efektywność fermentacji metanowej. Otrzymane wyniki wskazują na zasadność stosowania chemicznej obróbki jako etapu wstępnego w procesach produkcji biogazu.

In this work the degree of degradation of lignocellulosic structures and products of their decomposition were studied. The research was made using three methods of chemical hydrolysis of biomass employed in anaerobic digestion processes. The experiments were carried out on pure chemicals in unary solutions. The aim of this work was to determine the influence of each method on the efficiency of methane fermentation. The results obtained in the study indicate that the application of chemical pretreatment before the main biogas production stage is necessary and essential.
