Investigations on effectiveness of the finishing technologies of aircraft engine tooth gears manufacturing

Influence of the main technological factors on frictional fatique properties of aircraft engine steel tooth gears have been studied.the rational geometric and physics-mechanical parameters of the surfaces of frictionally acting parts of teeth profile have been established on basis of results obtained. The kinds and regimes of operation of such surfaces have been determined. Use of them allows to increase the service life of investigated objects in 1,6-1,8 times by the wear factor.

Badano wpływ głównych czynników technologicznych na zużycie zmeczeniowe stalowych przekładni zębatych silników lotniczych.Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników dokonano racjonalizacji geometrii i własności fizykomechanicznych powierzchni profilu zębów w części pracującej ciernie. Okreslono rodzaje i rezimy pracy takich powierzchni. Użycie ich pozwala na 1,6-1,8 krotnie wydłużenie żywotności badanych obiektów.
