Kształtowanie się tekstury warstwy wierzchniej w wyniku niszczenia warstw granicznych

Niszczenie warstw granicznych powodowane znacznymi obciążeniami mechanicznymi i cieplnymi w konsekwencji prowadzi do styku występów chropowatości wspólpracujących elementów. Zmienia się stan naprężeń nie tylko samej powierzchni ale jej głębszych warstw. W przedstawionej pracy, wykorzystując metodę tomografii teksturowej do analizy powierzchni czynnych zębów kół tekstowych, dokonano próby powiązania procesu niszczenia warstw granicznych ze zmianą tekstury i naprężeń w warstwie wierzchniej.

The damage of boundary layer is made largely due to loads and gradients of temperature, even locally. In consequence it brings into the contact of roughness of friction surfaces. The state of surface stress will be injured not on the surface but also in her deeper layers. In the paper, there was accomplished a connection of the damage process of boundary layer with the change of texture and stress in the surface layer. It was done using the tomography texture's method which was applied to analyses of the teeth of gears in FZG method.
