Badania nad wpływem olejów smarowych i temperatury na wytrzymałość zmęczeniową warstwy ślizgowej łożyska

Zbadano wpływ trzech olejów smarowych przy różnych wartościach temperatury na wytrzymałość zmęczeniową warstwy ślizgowej wykonanej ze stopu A1Sn11Cu1,2. Obiektem badań były bimetalowe panwie łożyskowe poddawane podczas testów zmęczeniowych w testerze SKMR-2 wahadłowemu zginaniu o współczynniku asymetrii cyklu R = -1. Zaobserwowano wyraźny wpływ rodzaju oleju i temperatury na wytrzymałość zmęczeniową stopu. Stwierdzono również istotność efektu interakcyjnego kombinacji zmiennych: olej-temperatura.

An influence of three kinds of lubricating oils on fatigue strength of slide layer made of AlSn11Cu1,2 bearing alloy has been investigated under conditions of various values of temperature. Objects of the investigation were ready made bimetallic thin-walled bearing bushes. Fatigue tests including bending of the specimens described with the stress ratio R=-1 were performed in the SKMR-2 fatigue tester. Variation in fatigue strength limit of the alloy in the presence of different oils was observed. Influence of temperature level and interaction of oil-temperature effects proved to be significant as well.
