Dwa sposoby współpracy z mieszkańcami w projektowaniu rewitalizacji zabudowy mieszkaniowej z XIX i pocz. XX w. w Szczecinie

Opisano dwa sposoby postępowania z mieszkańcami w trakcie podjętych procesów rewitalizacji istniejącej substancji śródmiejskiej zabudowy mieszkaniowej z XIX i pocz. XX w. Celem jest wykazanie, że w rozwoju zrównoważonym niezwykle istotne jest poszukiwanie akceptacji mieszkańców przy podejmowaniu procesów rewitalizacyjnych. Akceptacja mieszkańców jest gwarancją sukcesu procesów rewitalizacyjnych, gdyż oni stają się gospodarzami, którzy obejmują w posiadanie zajmowane struktury mieszkalne. Ten fakt, że nie są tylko użytkownikami, a gospodarzami jest istotny dla mieszkańców i dla samych struktur.

We have different wave to cooperate with inhabitants during revitalization process. They can partly participate in designing process, involved especially when we design the inner of flats. Or they can fully participate in all process, from the target and ideas till the materials decisions. Its of course generates a lot of troubles and indispensable compromises. According to ours experiences, what we have got from two different revitalization process of two quarters in downtown of Szczecin, one was made based on design from architectural competition, second one were made based on tree architectural conceptions designs. In first one, we have got interesting architectural solutions but inhabitants haven't any influence on it. In second one, inhabitants choused one with tree plan conceptions and they participates in other part of building design. In this process we didn't have so exciding architecture but inhabitants were filed as the hosts. Involving inhabitants in whole process, from beginning to the end, its only way to fool success. An inhabitant becomes the real hosts of all space.
