Wymagania odpornościowe do oceny zgodności komputerowych systemów energoelektronicznych

W artykule przedstawiono charakterystykę środowisk oraz wymagania dotyczące odporności sprzętu na działanie typowych wielkości wpływających i zakłóceń jakie występują w środowisku przemysłowym. Wymagania te są jedną z podstaw analizy zagrożeń i poziomu ryzyka układów realizujących funkcje związane z bezpieczeństwem w procesie oceny bezpieczeństwa funkcjonalnego i ustalania kategorii bezpieczeństwa tych układów oraz opracowania programu badań końcowych wyrobów. Spełnienie tych wymagań jest warunkiem, aby producent mógł zadeklarować zgodność z wymaganiami bezpieczeństwa obowiązującymi w UE i oznaczyć wyroby znakiem CE.

The paper deals with the characteristics of environments and with the requirements concerning the equipment immunity to typical influence quantities and hazards, specific for the industrial environment. There are listed the climatic, mechanical and electromagnetic requirements concerning the automation, measurements, computer and medical equipment as well as programmable controlers systems. These requirements shall be used as one of the basis to hazard and risk analysis in the process of the functional safety assessment and safety cathegory establishment. Moreover they are also the basis of the immunity testing, according the conformity asstement procedure. The compliance with these requirements is the condition for the to manufactures declaration on the conformity with the safety requirements, done by the EC Regulations and to mark their products with 'CE' marking.
