Optymalizacja kosztu składników mieszanki gumowej

W artykule przedstawiono metodę projektowania mieszanki gumowej o zadanych ograniczeniach nałożonych na jej właściwości techniczne i o najmniejszym koszcie. Sformułowanie zadania optymalizacji wymaga określenia zależności między właściwościami mieszanki i jej składem w postaci funkcji, które uzyskuje się metodą identyfikacji statystycznej na podstawie zaplanowanej serii doświadczeń. Metoda była sprawdzona w projektowaniu mieszanek produkcyjnych przynosząc znaczne oszczędności.

A method of designing rubber mixtures satisfying the given constraints put on the technical properties and giving the least cost is presented. To formulate the optimization problem the knowledge of the dependence of the properties on the mixture composition in the functional form is needed. This is realized by identifying the appropriate models using measurements taken during the planned experiments. The method was tested when designing the mixtures produced in a plant. As a result, a considerable economical profit was obtained.
