Awaryjność silników - wpływ izolacji zwojowej

Basing on dozens of technical expertises done during the last 3 years by the author of this paper the process of wearing out of the motor's insulation system were described. Special attention was paid to damages of turn-to-turn insulation system. The possible methods of diagnostics and checking condition of the insulation system were presented. The DC current based method was shown - this method enables to verify how much is the system worn out and enables to predict the lifetime of the machine. Rewinding machine at proper time (not to soon and not to late) allows to avoid not necessary costs of to soon repair and keeps the machine working, safe to the maintaining staff.
