Regulacja w logice rozmytej temperatury stalowej rury w procesie wyżarzania indukcyjnego

Przeprowadzono syntezę obwodu regulacji temperatury stalowej rury w procesie nagrzewania indukcyjnego, w oparciu o teorię sterowania rozmytego oraz w oparciu o klasyczną teorię sterowania. Przeprowadzono symulację komputerową obydwu metod sterowania i na podstawie uzyskanych wyników, dokonano (ich) analizy porównawczej, głównie w kontekście odporności na zakłócenia zewnętrzne (temperatury otoczenia oraz mocy zasilania falownika wyżarzarki indukcyjnej.

The synthesis of temperature control system for the process of induction heating annealing of steel pipe has been described. Two different approaches, namely, fuzzy logic and classical control theory have been considered. Computer simulation of the annealing process with the two control systems has been carried out. The two methods have been compared, mainly from the point of view of immunity to external noises e.g. ambient temperature variations, changes of supply power of the induction heater inverter.
