Minimalizacja momentu zaczepowego silnika BLDC przeznaczonego do napędu bezzałogowego aparatu latającego
The paper presents the analysis of a possibility of cogging torque reduction for BLDC motor assigned for drive of an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). For UAV drive the smallest value of cogging torque and simultaneously the biggest value of electromagnetic torque are required. The influence of different forms of permanent magnets and manners of polarization on received maximum value of cogging torque and on average value of electromagnetic torque has been analyzed. This analysis was based on a FEM simulation model of the projected BLDC motor. On the basis of the calculated results some conclusions concerning the choice of form and magnetize manner of permanent magnets have been included. Taking simulation results into consideration and using CAD program the complete 3D model of the designed BLDC motor has been made.
