The progress in the technology of ammonium nitrate containing mineral fertilizers manufactured in Zakłady Azotowe ,,Kędzierzyn" S.A.

Modernization stages of the installation, which is a part of technological line of saltpetre fertilizers production system in Zakłady Azotowe ,,Kędzierzyn" S.A. are presented. At present, ZAK owns the most modern ammonia unit in Poland, one modern and one outdated nitric acid unit, and two modern units for granulated saltpetre fertilizers. Zakłady Azotowe ,,Kędzierzyn" S.A. produces and is prepared for the production of saltpetre fertilizers that contain boron, potassium, phosphorus, sodium, calcium and magnesium beside nitrogen also sulphur.
