Typologia etycznych postaw menedżerów

Ostatni okres rozwoju różnych organizacji gospodarczych uwidacznia konieczność uwzględnienia w procesie podejmowania decyzji organizacyjnych kryteriów etycznych. Dokonano próby typologii menedżerów z punktu widzenia przestrzegania norm etycznych. Opisano i scharakteryzowano dwa funkcjonujące w dzisiejszych organizacjach systemy etyczne. Na tej podstawie zbudowano typologię, w której wyróżniono i opisano cztery grupy menedżerów. Omówiono również konsekwencje etycznych i nieetycznych decyzji kierowniczych.

The last period in development of various commercial organisations has shown the necessity to bring the organizational ethical criteria in the process of making decisions. The article tries to elassify managers according to the may they follow the ethical codes. It describes and characterizes two ethical systems penctioning in today's organizations. Basing oneself on these systems, it has built the classification nith distinguished and described four groups of managers. It also describes the consequences of ethical and non-ethical managerial decisions.
