Design of optimal characteristics of the technological process for modeled geometric structure of the machined surface using Cadsim.

Design of characteristics of the technological processes using CADSIM, from a point of creating conditions for constitution a surface with in advance known properties, represents significant contribution and facilitation in obtaining the needed quality characteristics of the products. Considering the variability of random governing factors for realization of the technological processes, design of mathematical models that include their effects on the constitution of the machined surface characteristics, enables easier definition of their optimal state. With this aim, an admission for determination of the optimal parameters of the technological processes for previously modeled surface, using CADSIM software aided with modules DELPHI and CADEX, is presented in this paper.

Projektowanie charakterystyk technologicznych procesów za pomocą CADSIM, uwzględniając warunki konstytuowania powierzchni z zadanymi właściwościami, przedstawia znaczący wkład i ułatwienie uzyskiwania potrzebnych charakterystyk jakości produktów. Z powodu zmienności losowych i sterowalnych czynników podczas realizacji technologicznych procesów, tworzenie matematycznych modeli które obejmują ich wpływ na konstytuowanie charakterystyk obrobionej powierzchni, umożliwia ułatwienie podczas definiowania ich optymalnego stanu. W tym celu, w artykule przedstawiono podejście podczas określenia optymalnych parametrów procesów technologicznych dla wcześniej zamodelowanej powierzchni, z zastosowaniem CADSIM, wspomagane przez DELPHI i CADEX.
