Ocena stanu izolacji papierowo-olejowej za pomocą stałej czasowej zaniku napięcia powrotnego.

Artykuł przedstawia wyniki badań kilkunastu próbek izolacji papierowo-olejowej za pomocą metody napięcia powrotnego. Próbki wykonano z kilku warstw elektrotechnicznego papieru kablowego nasycanego mineralnym olejem izolacyjnym. Różny stan tak przygotowanej izolacji uzyskano, przez przyspieszone starzenie termiczne oraz zawilgacanie papieru, jeszcze przed impregnacją olejem izolacyjnym. Pomiarów napięcia powrotnego dokonano w laboratoryjnym układzie, umożliwiającym regulację i kontrolę temperatury izolacji oraz oznaczenie stopnia zawilgocenia oleju. Analizę stanu kolejnych badanych próbek, tj. ocenę stopnia zestarzenia i zawilgocenia, oparto o wartość stałej czasowej zaniku napięcia powrotnego, w porównaniu do innych parametrów wyznaczanych z rejestrowanych przebiegów czasowych.

The paper presents research results of the dozens of paper-oil insulation samples by the recovery voltage method. The samples were made of a few layers of a cable electrotechnical paper saturated with mineral insulation oil. A different condition of the insulation prepared in this way was obtained through an accelerated aging and dampening of the paper still before its impregnation with insulation oil. The measurements of the recovery voltage were taken in a laboratory system making the insulation temperature regulation and control and marking the degree of oil dampness possible. The analysis of the condition of the consecutive samples under study, i.e. the evaluation of the aging and dampness degree, was based on the value of the time constant of the recovery voltage decay, in comparison to other parameters determined from the time runs registered.
