Problematyka uwzględnienia zmiany cen i inflacji w ocenie efektywności inwestycji górniczych

W pracy analizowano wpływ zmiany cen i kosztów na wynik oceny projektu inwestycyjnego w górnictwic węgla kamiennego. Badano dynamikę zmian cen węgla oraz kosztów produkcji w latach ubiegłych w odniesieniu do wskaźnika inflacji. Określono wpływ tych wskaźników na kształtowanie strumieni przepływów pieniężnych charakteryzujących projekt oraz na rezultat jego ekonomicznej oceny. Do oceny ryzyka związanego z realizacją projektu zastosowano metodę symulacji Monte Carlo określając parametry rozkładów badanych zmiennych losowych na podstawie danych empirycznych.

Influence of changes in prices and costs on the result of evaluation of the investment project in black coal mining has been analyzed. Dynamics of changes in prices of coal and of costs of production in the recent years in relation to the index of inflation has been investigated. The influence of these indices on both the formation of streams of cash flows characteristic for the project and result of its economic evaluation has also been defined. To evaluate the risk connected the realization of the project, the Monte Carlo simulation method has been applied thus determining the parameters of the distribution of investigated random variabIes on the basis of empirical data.
