Generalisation of sout's methods for optimisation methods of transportation network

The article presents a new approach to methods for transportation network optimisation that are based on dependency between intersection capacity and traffic assignment. The proposed method is a deep analysis of the conditional capacities, witch gives a good estimation of the network bottlenecks; and in the next steps the bottlenecks are removed in order to deal with the most serious bottlenecks. It is proved that such method of network optimisation is proper only. So, the network optimisation is, as a matter of fact, the conditiona1 network capacity problem and this is the traffic theory problem onIy !

W artykule zaprezentowano nową metodę optymalizacji sieci transportowych opartą na zależności przepustowości skrzyżowa6 od organizacji ruchu na skrzyżowaniu. Proponowana metoda, oparta na głębokiej analizie warunkowych przepustowości skrzyżowa6, polega na usuwaniu wąskich gardeł sieci transportowej. Wykazano, że tylko taka optymalizacja sieci transportowych jest możliwa.
