Ocena jakości żeliwa sferoidalnego EN-GJS-400-15 metodą ATD

Określono liczbę wydzieleń grafitu w funkcji jego kształtu oraz udział objętościowy grafitu w zależności od charakterystycznych parametrów krzywych ATD. Opracowano związki eksperymentalne dla określenia stopnia sferoidyzacji grafitu jak również własności mechanicznych żeliwa sferoidalnego.

We have defined the number of graphite separations in funclion of its shape and the graphite separations share depending on the characteristic parameters of TDA curves. We have also delineated experimental relations necessary to define the degree of the spheroidization process as well as mechanical properties of ductile cast iron.
