Resource flexibility as a component of the flexibility of organization (e.g. human resources)

This article attempts to examine the relationship between the fIexibility of organization and the flexibility of its fundamental resource, i.e. people. For this purpose, the nature of flexibility has been defined in the light of the literature on the subject, and the model of its formation has been presented. Moreover, the flexibility of human resources has been demonstrated as a constituent of this model.

Artykuł podejmuje próbę zbadania relacji między elastycznością organizacji a elastycznością jej podstawowego zasobu jakim są ludzie. W tym celu zidentyfikowano naturę elastyczności w świetle literatury przedmiotu oraz przedstawiono model do jej kształtowania, a następnie zaprezentowano elastyczność zasobów ludzkich jako składową tego modelu.
