The instrument of stimulating lateral thinking in chosen Polish offices of government and local government administration - results of the research

The following article is an attempt to answer the question if a briskly increasing interest in the concept of creativity being implemented into the practical usage of its instruments in the areas of the activity of pro- quality enterprises. The results of the empirical research allowed to form a range of conclusions concerning techniques of a unique way of thinking. The author is hopeful that paying attention to the wide variety of techniques and branches of its implementation will give practical hints for entrepreneurs and will enrich their knowledge in this domain.
