Innovation activity of enterprises in lubuskie voivodeship

In the era of changes taking place both in the internal structures of enterprises and their environment, the increase of innovativeness becomes a necessity conditioning not only opportunities for development but also maintaing of the competitive advantage earned. The lubuskie voivodeship entrepreneurs manage better and better not only on domestic, but also on the global market. In lubuskie voivodeship there are many successful companies that succeed. However, despite the positive examples, a low level of innovativeness of enterprises of lubuskie voivodeship is being emphasized. This article aims to evaluate the innovation activity of enterprises in lubuskie voivodeship. In the article the results of research on issues relating to innovativeness of lubuskie voivodeship enterprises were presented. The results of the research are a part of empirical research conducted within the project co-financed by the European Social Fund.

W dobie dynamicznych przemian zachodzących zarówno w wewnętrznych strukturach przedsiębiorstw oraz w ich otoczeniu, zwiększenie innowacyjności staje się koniecznością warunkującą już nie tylko możliwości rozwoju, ale utrzymanie wypracowanej przewagi konkurencyjnej. Lubuscy przedsiębiorcy coraz lepiej radzą sobie nie tylko na krajowym, ale także światowym rynku. W województwie lubuskim jest wiele firm odnoszących sukcesy. Jednak, mimo pozytywnych przykładów, podkreśla się niski poziom innowacyjności lubuskich przedsiębiorstw. Celem artykułu jest ocena aktywności innowacyjnej przedsiębiorstw w województwie lubuskim. W artykule zaprezentowano rezultaty badań w zakresie problematyki związanej z innowacyjnością lubuskich przedsiębiorstw. Wyniki badań prezentowane w tym artykule, stanowią część badań empirycznych, zrealizowanych w ramach projektu współfinansowanego ze środków Europejskiego Funduszu Społecznego.
