Analiza możliwości poprawy jakości oczyszczania oleju w układzie smarowania silnika spalinowego

W referacie przedstawiono wyniki badań dotyczące wpływu stężenia, rodzaju i składu granulometrycznego zanieczyszczeń na zużycie elementów silnika spalinowego. Wskazano na spotykane rozwiązania systemów dokładnego filtrowania oleju w silniku oraz zebrano odpowiednie wyniki badań dotyczące wpływu rozwiązań systemowych oraz filtrów dokładnych na trwałość silnika. W wyniku dokonanej analizy przedłożono wnioski zmierzające do uproszczenia rozwiązań systemowych filtrowania oleju w silniku oraz poprawy jakości oczyszczania oleju.

In the presentation the results of numerous studies (carried out by various authors) of the effect of concentration, type and granulometric composition of the contaminations upon the wear of the engine components are discussed. The existing systems of the effective oil filtration in the engine and the results of the studies of the influence of the use of various filtration systems and effective filters on the stability of engines are collected and presented. Based on the analysis of the above data some possibilities of simplifying the systems of oil filtration in the engine and improving the quality of oil purification are proposed.
