Wpływ protuberancji na stan naprężeń w stopie zęba koła zewnętrznie uzębionego

W pracy przeprowadzono obliczenia wytrzymałościowe zębów kół zewnętrznie uzebionych za pomocą metody elementów brzegowych (MEB). Przeanalizowano wpływ parametrów protuberancji na wartości naprężeń w stopie zęba. Otrzymane wyniki obliczeń porównano z rezultatami uzyskanymi dla zębów naciętych zarysem odniesienia bez protuberancji.

Application of the Boundary Elements Method in the numerical analysis of the strength of the wheels' gears has been presented in the paper. The influence of the construction features of protuberation on the values of stresses in the base of an external gear tooth has also been presented. Results of the calculations have been compared with the ones obtained by teeth without protuberation.
