W referacie dokonano analizy sfery podaży usług na rynku kolejowych regionalnych przewozów pasażerskich zwracając uwagę na obowiązujące w tym zakresie regulacje prawne, zasady finansowania przewozów i warunki dostępu do rynku przewoźników kolejowych. W drugiej części referatu wskazano kierunki rozwoju transportu kolejowego w regulacjach UE oraz przykłady rozwiązań w zakresie organizacji regionalnych przewozów w kilku krajach Europy.

The organisation of the supply side of services at the market of railway regional passenger transport taking into account being in force law regulations, rules of transport financing and the conditions of the access to the market of railway operators is presented in the paper. In the second part of the paper, the trends of railway transport development according to EU regulations and some examples in the field of organisation of regional transport in several European countries are shown.
