Niezawodność sieci ulicznej a jej parametry strukturalne

Niezawodność sieci ulicznej ma duży wpływ na ocenę układu komunikacyjnego miasta. Na podstawie różnych układów promienisto-obwodnicowych została określona zależność pomiędzy wybranymi parametrami strukturalnymi a niezawodnością sieci. Celem jest umożliwienie określenia niezawodności na podstawie tylko analizy jej parametrów strukturalnych. Ocena struktury sieci wymaga porównywalnie mniejszej liczby danych wejściowych i krótszego czasu obliczeń. Zależności pomiędzy tymi parametrami a innymi wskaźnikami funkcjonalnymi są od dawna znane (jak np. średni czas przejazdu) [3, 4]. Dlatego też niniejsze badania będą się ograniczały do analizy niezawodności sieci.

The calculation of reliability parameters is an essential part of the analysis of transportation networks. By means of different ring-radial-structures the relation between several structural parameters and the reliability of street networks is considered. The aim is to draw conclusions with respect to the network reliability by the help of structural parameters which are available by a comparatively small amount of computing time and input data. The relation between these structural parameters (namely the dispersion and the index of underdevelopment) and other characteristics which are of practical relevance is well-known, see e. g. [3, 4]. Taking the reliability into account, these considerations are supplemented.
