Zmiany struktury produkcji, ich charakter i kierunek są istotne dla rozwoju gospodarki każdego kraju. Jednym z czynników determinujących te zmiany jest aktywność inwestycyjna podmiotów gospodarczych. W artykule dokonano analizy dynamiki i kierunków zmian rzeczowych nakładów inwestycyjnych. Wykorzystując przeprowadzoną analizę podjęto próbę zbadania zależności pomiędzy nakładami inwestycyjnymi przedsiębiorstw a strukturą produkcji gospodarki polskiej w latach 1990-2000.

The character and the directions of a production structure are very important for the national economy development. The investment activity of companies is one, of the several factors, which determines those changes. The article presents an analysis of the dynamics and the directions of the investment outlays changes. This analysis is used to study the relationship between the instrument outlays of enterprises and the production structure of Polish Economy.
