W artykule przedstawiono koncepcję logistyczną gospodarki materiałowej w przedsiębiorstwie produkującym na zamówienie detale i podzespoły z metali i ich stopów. Artykuł rozpoczęto ukazaniem problemów występujących w zasilaniu materiałowym w badanym przedsiębiorstwie, następnie przybliżono problematykę podejścia logistycznego do zaopatrzenia oraz założenia koncepcji logistycznej gospodarki materiałowej. W zakończeniu zawarto wnioski wynikające z badań.

In the article the logistics idea of material management in an industrial business has been presented. The researched company produces on order details and components from metals and alloys. In the beginning the problems with deliveries of materials in the researched company are described. Then the author presents the issue of purchasing logistics and principles of logistics idea in material management. At the end the conclusions of research are presented.
