Problem skuteczności zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych jest odpowiedzą na pojawiające się w literaturze publikacje dotyczące efektywności tychże systemów. W artykule przedstawiono determinanty skuteczności zintegrowanych systemów informatycznych w odniesieniu do czterech płaszczyzn: otoczenia systemu, przedsiębiorstwa produkcyjnego, twórców systemów informatycznych oraz samego systemu.

The problem of effectiveness of integrated computer system is the answer for publications appearing in literaturę concerning the effectiveness of these systems. The article shows determinants of integrated computer systems' effeciiveness in relation to four planes: circumvolution of the system, production company, authors of computer systems and the system itself.
