Uwarunkowania i perspektywy rozwoju punktowej infrastruktury logistycznej województwa śląskiego

Stan infrastruktury logistycznej jest z jednej strony pochodną rozwoju gospodarczego, z drugiej zaś stanowi istotne uwarunkowanie dalszego rozwoju i możliwości konkurowania zarówno na poziomie międzynarodowym, regionalnym, jak i poszczególnych przedsiębiorstw. Artykuł przedstawia aktualny stan oraz uwarunkowania i perspektywy rozwoju infrastruktury logistycznej województwa śląskiego. Omówiono czynniki decydujące o rozwoju infrastruktury oraz szczegółowo przeanalizowano stan i możliwości dalszego rozwoju infrastruktury punktowej (magazyny, terminale przeładunkowe i centra logistyczne) w tym regionie. Kwestie te zostały przedstawione na tle innych województw.

Condition of logistics infrastructure, on one hand depends on the economical development, and on the other determines further development and competitiveness - on international, regional and companies level. The paper presents the current state, as well as conditions and prospects of the development of the nodal logistics infrastructure in the Silesia Province. Factors influencing development of infrastructure have been discussed. Current state and prospects of the further development of the nodal infrastructure (warehouses, transhipment terminals and logistics centres) in this region have been analyzed. These issues are presented in comparison with the other provinces in Poland.
