The developed technology hygenization process of wastewater sludge (patent P.169896) to environment utilization, meets to main requirements for waste sludge's - destroying of pathogens and stabilization of heavy metals. The base of this technology is treatment municipal wastewater sludge by concrete dust (clinker) from electrofilters of cement mills with addition of roasting basalt raw and dolomites. These additions provide to fix heavy metals in the sludge, simultaneously reduce of pathogens and magnesium-calcium organic fertilizer can use obtained product. The modification of this technology was proposed by use others industrial wastes - fly ash from brown and hard coal from power plants. The possible production of zeolite materials from fly ash, which added to the mixture of cement kiln dust and sludge, work like cation exchange and provide on granulated product form of fertilizer. In this paper was shown, that the degree of extraction heavy metals from mixtures with addition of ashes in comparison with mixture prepared without this addition is smaller about 1-2% by weight d.s.
