Wpływ sytuacji makroekonomicznej na rynek pracy w Polsce w latach 1990-1999

Głównym celem artykułu jest określenie najistotniejszych trendów na rynku pracy w Polsce w latach 1990 - 1999. Punktem wyjścia rozważań jest wpływ na bezrobocie (zatrudnienie) takich czynników, jak : stopa inflacji, deficyt budżetowy, tempo wzrostu gospodarczego i procesy demograficzne. Artykuł dotyczy także zmian w strukturze zatrudnienia (bezrobocia) oraz problemu wpływu integracji gospodarczej na rynek pracy.

The principal aim of the articul is to determine the main trends on the labour market in Poland in years 1990 - 1999. The considerations are begun with estimation of influence on unemployment ( employment) the factors like : inflation rate, budgetary deficit, rate of economic growth and demografie trends. The article refers to changes in the level and structure of employment ( unemployment ) and problem of influence of economic integration on the labour market, as well.
