Dolegliwości bólowe kręgosłupa lędźwiowego u studentów wrocławskiej Akademii Wychowania Fizycznego i studentów Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Śląskiej

Celem pracy było porównanie występowania dolegliwości bólowych kręgosłupa lędźwiowego u studentów w zależności od charakteru uczelni. Badaniami objęto grupę 64 studentów AWF we Wrocławiu i 60 z Wydziału Architektury Politechniki Śląskiej. Na podstawie uzyskanych wyników badań ankietowych stwierdzono, że aż u 83,4% wszystkich badanych studentów występują dolegliwości bólowe kręgosłupa, w tym 70% studentów architektury i 55% studentów wychowania fizycznego ma bóle w odcinku lędźwiowym kręgosłupa. Natomiast bóle odcinka szyjnego istotnie częściej występują u studentów architektury. Najczęściej odczuwają oni bóle kręgosłupa w pozycji siedzącej, a studenci wychowania fizycznego - w pozycji stojącej.

The aim of the study was to compare the occurrence of pain-associated complaints of lumbar spine among students, depending on the type of their university. The group of 64 students of the Academy of Physical Education and 60 students of the Faculty of Architecture of Silesian Technical University were examined. On the basis of the survey results, it was found that as many as 83.4% of examined students feel pain in the spine. 70% of the students of architecture and 55% of the students of physical education feel pain in the lumbar segment of the spine. In case of the pain of the cervical segment, it was stated that this occurs more frequently among the students of architecture. Most often they feel pain in the spine in the sitting position, while the students of physical education - in the prolonged standing position.
