Zależność parametrów konstrukcyjnych liny stalowej

W artykule przedstawiono zależność pomiędzy skokiem i średnicą liny. W praktyce zdarza się, że przeprowadzając okresową kontrolę lin, nie analizuje się zachodzących zmian rzeczywistych parametrów lin stalowych. W przepisach [7] istnieje i istniał [3-6] nakaz dokonywania pomiaru skoku i średnicy liny nośnej co 50 m, a wyniki tych pomiarów powinny być zapisywane w książce okresowych kontroli wyciągu szybowego. Najczęściej przyczyną zaniechania analizy otrzymanych wyników jest brak wiadomości o wzajemnych zależnościach tych parametrów. W przepisach, ze zrozumiałych względów, nie wyjaśnia się zależności pomiędzy skokiem i średnicą liny.

The article presents relation between the length of lay and wire diameter. In practice it happens that the occurring changes of the actual wire rope parameters are not analysed during a periodic cable control. There is a legal provision obliging to measure the length of lay and diameter of the hoisting rope every 50 m and the results of these measures should be noted down in the periodic control book of a shaft hoist The most frequently the reason of the abandonment of the results analysis is the lack of information about mutual relations of these parameters. In legal regulations, for obvious reasons, there is no explanation about relations between the length of lay and the diameter of a rope.
