Doświadczalno numeryczna metoda estymacji obszarów rezonansowych w ustrojach nośnych maszyn roboczych

Wyniki wieloletnich prac badawczych wykazują, że obciążenia eksploatacyjne wywołują w niektórych przypadkach globalne i lokalne stany niestabilne. Przedstawiono analizę numeryczną i eksperymentalną drgań podstawowych zespołów nadwozia koparki kołowej typu KWK 1200M. Przedstawiona poniżej analiza numeryczna drgań własnych całej konstrukcji nośnej koparki KWK 1200M nr 26, ma na celu określenie przyczyn powstania uszkodzeń oraz opracowanie sposobów eliminacji bądź minimalizacji drgań.

The dissertation is devoted to extremely important and present subject-matter i.e. dynamic effects in suspension constructions of the working machines observed during the exploitation in the resonance area. The focus of the dissertation were the methods which enable determination of basic frequencies of vibrations and loads and, what is more, quick and inexpensive way to take the machine out of the resonance area. The emergence of resonance causes decided increase of the transference amplitudes, which has direct influence on the accumulation of damages to the elements of the construction. It mostly leads to the initiation of the fatigue cracks which, with the progressive corrosion and change of the construction properties, is a particularly favourable circumstance leading to the rapid degradation of the machine. The dissertation provides the following, successfully carried and analyses: strain gauge tests, acceleration measurements, throughput analysis, numerical analysis of the tested excavator model, as well as adaptations of the numerical model to the experiment's results. In order to solve particular problems described in the discourse, the author combined existing modern methods i.e. finite element method and experimental research. The discourse provides modal analysis of the wheeled excavator KWK 1200M, made by means of experimental and numeric methods.
