Nakłady na infrastrukturę transportu w Polsce w świetle funduszy unijnych – cz. I

Od połowy lat 70. ubiegłego stulecia podstawową barierą rozwoju infrastruktury transportu w Polsce były zbyt małe, w stosunku do potrzeb, nakłady inwestycyjne. W szczególności zjawisko to można było zaobserwować w latach 90. XX w. i po 2000 roku.

Since the mid-70’s of the last century, a fundamental obstacle to the development of transport infrastructure in Poland were too small, for the needs, capital expenditures. In particular this occurrence could be observed in the 90’s and after the year 2000.
