Stres zawodowy pracowników likwidowanych kopalń

W artykule zaprezentowano wyniki badań nad stresem w pracy obrazujące poziom zjawiska zarówno w jego globalnym wymiarze jak i w ramach wyspecyfikowanych ośmiu czynników (klas stresogennych sytuacji). Pokazano także różnice w poziomie odczuwanego stresu w zależności od miejsca, stanowiska, charakteru zatrudnienia oraz podmiotowych cech respondentów. Badania przeprowadzono wśród pracowników kopalń likwidowanych (traktowanych jako grupa eksperymentalna) i czynnych ( grupa kontrolna).

In the article presented are the results of investigations on the stress at work which describe the level of phenomenon, both in its global scale and within the framework of specified eight factors (classes of stress-producing situations). Shown have been also the differences in level of feeling the stress, depending on the work place, the post, nature of employment and on the subjective features of the questioned persons. The investigations have been carried out among the employees of both the mines under liquidation (treated as an experimental group) an those in operation (a control group).
