Kopaliny towarzyszące w górnictwie węgla brunatnego

W artykule przedstawiono zmiany zasobów węgla brunatnego oraz metody eksploatowania i dokumentowania złóż kopalin towarzyszących występujących w nakładzie złóż wegla brunatnego. Opisano zadania słuzby geologicznej związane z wykonywaniem zadań dla potrzeb ruchu zakładu górniczego. Wskazano również na rolę wegla brunatnego w bilansie energetycznym Polski.

In the article presented are the variations in lignite reserves, as well as the methods of mining extraction and documenting the deposits of associated minerals that occur in the lignite deposit overburden (cover). Described are the responsibilities assigned to the geological service unit related to the tasks required to maintain the operation of a mining unit. Indicated has been the role of lignite in the energy balance of Poland.
