Artykuł traktuje o okolicznościach i przebiegu wielkich wystaw światowych w Hiszpanii. Na przykładzie pawilonów pozostałych po zakończeniu wystaw i funkcjonujących dzisiaj zanalizowano i zestawiono czynniki, jakie wpływają na zachowanie użyteczności tych obiektów.

This article treats of circumstances and conditions exhibitions organization in Spain their course. Upon termination of each exhibition some pavilions were pulled down and other remained and still are in use. The reasons of that phenomenon were first identified and then analyzed to find out what are the key factors that decide either the particular pavilion survives and still functions or is abandoned, destroyed. The factors were specified and compared to assess the extend of their influence on preservation of pavilions' utility.
