O konieczności wyboru i stosowania jednej tylko zasady podziału procesów na rafineryjne i petrochemiczne

The paper covers a description of a classification system of chemical processes, used in oil industry, into refinery and petrochemical processes. To avoid mistakes, met sometimes in Polish publications for example using the term petrochemical processes as well for typical refinery processes as for organic synthesis processes using hydrocarbons from oil or natural gas, use only one method of classification is postulated.
