Razrabotka tehnologii povysenia dolgovecnosti gibkih elementov uprugih muft

The analysis of losses flexible elements of resilient muffs capacity shows, that the main reason of their output from a line-up is a frettage-corrosion. To increase the keeping quality of flexible elements of resilient muffs the technology of metal-covering lubricating materials usage, which consist of paraffin with addition of copper-powder or bronze was developed. The scheme of fluidizer is offered to mechanize the method of metal-coverage of flexible elements. The results of laboratory tests are given.
