O niektórych problemach energetyki wiatrowej na świecie i w Polsce

Pokazano rozwój światowej energetyki wiatrowej od 1990 r. Określono stan i perspektywy rozwoju tych źródeł w Polsce. Wyrażono pogląd, że odległą, lecz prawdopodobną perspektywą dla elektroenergetyki nie będzie wiatr, lecz słońce. Dla bezpieczeństwa energetycznego na razie nic nie wynika z faktu, że elektrownie wiatrowe należą do generacji rozproszonej. Artykuł zawiera także kilka uwag na temat ekologii. Na końcu podano i zinterpretowano podstawowe zależności, określające moc i energię strumienia wiatru.

At introduction to the paper ways of development of world’s wind power engineering beginning from 1990, as well as perspectives for Poland, have been shown. Author has expressed a point of view that quite far in time but still probable perspective for dispersed power generation will not be the wind, but the sun. For energetic security at yet it doesn’t mean nothing that wind power plants belong to dispersed generation. The paper contains also a few remarks on problems of ecology. At the end the basic formulas defining power and energy from flow of wind has been quoted and interpreted.
