The paper describes the production technology of basalt pipes, whose production began in the 21st century. The properties of basalt and basalt pipes are presented as well as their assortment. Multiple possibilities of the application of basalt pipes and other basalt products especially in trenchless pipe laying and renovation of sewerage have been pointed out.
