Problematyka określania poziomu bezpieczeństwa funkcjonowania podsystemu dystrybucji wody

Podsystem dystrybucji wody jest jednym z podstawowych systemów technicznych należących do infrastruktury podziemnej, który ma priorytetowe znaczenia dla życia ludności. Jedną z podstawowych miar bezpieczeństwa systemów jest ryzyko. Do najczęściej występujących stanów awaryjnych w podsystemie dystrybucji wody zalicza się awarie sieci wodociągowej. Zaproponowana metoda polega na wyznaczeniu tzw. indeksu ryzyka IR oraz wyznaczeniu bezporedniego wskaźnika ryzyka BWR. Na tej podstawie określono poziomy bezpieczenstwa wg przyjętych kategorii (dopuszczalne, tolerowane i nieakceptowane).

The water distribution subsystem is one of the basic technological systems belonging to the underground infrastructure, which has a priority importance for people's lives. One of the basic measures of system safety is risk. Among the failures that occur in water distribution subsystem the most often you can find the failures in water-pipe network. The proposed method consists in the determination of the so-called risk index IR and the determination of the direct risk index BWR. On this base the levels of safety, according to the assumed categories (acceptable, tolerable, and unacceptable) have been determined.
