Problemy przy modernizacji instalacji wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych

W artykule przedstawiono problemy związane z modernizacją instalacji wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacyjnych. Wielu wykonawców takich modernizacji nie porusza problemów związanych z zanieczyszczeniami biologicznymi przewodów. Zanieczyszczenia te powstają mimo systematycznej konserwacji instalacji. Można powiedzieć, że są dwie metody posiadania czystych przewodów po modernizacji. Wymiana przewodów na nowe lub staranne ich oczyszczenie ze wszystkich zanieczyszczeń. Obie te metody wiążą się z demontażem i montażem instalacji i dobrze jest je wykonywać podczas generalnych remontów obiektów. Obie metody mają swoje plusy i minusy.

The problems concerning ventilation and air-conditioning system modernization were described in the article. Many contractors performing these kind of modernizations do not mention the problems concerning with biological ducts contamination. These pollutions arise despite systematic system maintenance. Tnere are two methods to keep the ducts clean after modernization. The first one is to exchange the ducts into new ones, the second is to clean ducts scrupulously out of all pollutions. Both methods connect with disassembly and assembry of the system, and it is preferred to be done during the generał object overhaul. Both methods have their pros and cons.
