Distance transmitters based on laser diodes

The mathematical device for the analysis of the laser diode radiation space-time structure in a distant zone for laser range-finder is developed. The influence of phase heterogeneity and radiation delays variations on distances measurement accuracy is investigated. The method of distances measurement is offered by phase range-finder, which allows to take into account influence of a modulation phase variation.

Opracowane zostało narzędzie matematyczne do analizy struktury czasowo-przestrzennej emisji diod laserowych do dalmierzy. Zbadany został wpływ heterogeniczności fazy i zmienności opóźnienia promieniowania na dokładność pomiaru. Zaproponowano metodę pomiaru odległości za pomocą dalmierza fazowego, która pozwala na uwzględnienie wpływu zmienności modulacji fazy.
