Międzynarodowe porównania wzorców temperatury dla zakresu niskich temperatur

Międzynarodowa Skala Temperatury z 1990 r. zdefiniowana jest w zakresie temperatur od 0,6 K aż do kilku tysięcy stopni Celsjusza. W zakresie temperatur od 13,8033 K do 273,16 K termometrem interpolacyjnym jest czujnik platynowy termometru rezystancyjnego typu kapsułkowego wzorcowany w sześciu punktach stałych. Termometr platynowy oraz komórki do realizacji punktów stałych skali MST-90 stanowią wzorce temperatury w omawianym zakresie temperatur. W celu określenia dokładności realizacji skali i zapewnienia spójności pomiarowej między wzorcami państwowymi prowadzone są międzynarodowe porównania parametrów metrologicznych komórek termometrycznych i czujników temperatury.

The International Temperature Scale of 1990 (ITS-90) defined between 0,65 K up to a few thousands Celsjus degrees is divided for several subranges where different types of interpolating thermometers are used. In the low temperature range from 13,8033 K up to 273,16 K a capsule type standards platinum resistance thermaometr calibated at six or eight fixed points is the interpolating instrument. The thermometer and cells for realization the fixed points are temperature standards in the temperature range. In order to determine of an accurace of the ITS-90 realization and to establish a degree of equivalence of the national standards international comparisons are organized. In the comparison, described in the paper, the temperature standards from INTiBS participate too.
