Nośność graniczna uszkodzonych korozyjnie zbiorników stalowych

Przedstawiono sposób indywidualnego szacowania losowej nośności zbiorników cylindrycznych otwartych, których płaszcze wykazywały duże ubytki wskutek korozji wżerowej. Ze względu na to, że zbiorniki pracują w układzie technologicznym o ciągłej pracy i nie mogą być wyłączone z eksploatacji, wystąpiły istotne trduności w opracowaniu technologii naprawy uszkodzeń korozyjnych. Przedstawione doświadczenia w tym zakresie mogą być przydatne w podobnych przypadkach uszkodzeń zbiorników.

Damage endanger of two steel uncovered cylindrical tanks caused by corrosive wear of the shell has appeared in a large steel mill. Pretty big loss of sheet thickness due to corrosion was the important problem considered during the analysis of the shell load capacity. The evaluation method of the random load capacity of particular tanks has been presented in the paper. Because of the fact that the tanks have ti be used in continuous technology process the elaboration of repair method in such conditions was considerably difficult. The case study presented in the paper can be helpful in similar situations.
