Objęła ona fragmenty stropu dwóch kondygnacji realizowanej konstrukcji. Omówiono bezpośrednie przyczyny katastrofy oraz okoliczności wpływające na jej przebieg.
In course of concrete casting on the top of the second floor prefabricated p slabs the break down and damage of both the second and the first floor fragments have been occured. The direct causes of the accident and the circumstances which had an influence on its course are presented.
