Zasady projektowania składu betonów wysokowartościowych

Przedstawiono stwardniały beton cementowy jako kompozyt dwuskładnikowy. Na tym tle podano główne zasady ustalania składu betonów wysokowartościowych i podstawowe wymagania stawiane ich składnikom. Przedstawiono także nowe doświadczalne zależności wytrzymałości betonu od jego składu, w którym uwzględniono obecność pyłu krzemionkowego. Schematycznie pokazano przebieg projektowania i zilustrowano go przykładem liczbowym. W sposób ogólny zaprezentowano także jedną z zagranicznych metod projektowania składu betonów wysokowartościowych.

The hardened cement concrete is described as a two-component composite. The main principles of high performance concrete mixture proportioning and basic requirements for their components are given. New experimental relationships between the concrete strength and its composition taking into consideration the presence of silica fume are also presented. The course of high performance concrete mixture proportioning along with an example is shown schematically. One of foreign methods of high performance concrete designing is generally described.
