Wpływ zmiany technologii eksploatacji oraz imperfekcji na powłoki silosów stalowych

Przedstawiono wyniki analizy wpływu odkształceń ścian cienkiej stalowej powłoki walcowej na bezpieczną eksploatację silosów. Stwierdzono, że w zdeformowanej strefie ścian powłoki nie są spełnione warunki graniczne nośności i użytkowalności rozciąganego i jednocześnie zginanego przekroju pierścieniowego. Wskazano na brak jednoznacznych unormowań prawnych w zakresie eksploatacji i modernizacji konstrukcji. Podano sposób wzmocnienia.

The paper presents analysis of the influence of deformation of thin walled cylindrical shell on safe exploitation of steel tanks. Steel elements of the investigated tank were tensioned and bended simultaneously. It was proved that in the permanent deformed part of walls the limit states conditions were not satisfied. It was indicated that obligatory Standards are no unmistakable taking into consideration exploitation and modernizing works.
